Today our team says goodbye and good luck to one of the original Harness TechED team members and employees, Megan Tschopp. Megan is an amazingly talented young lady who came and worked with me over a year and a half ago to help grow our digital marketing business. She brought a warm smile, an amazing work ethic, an unhealthy love of cats to the office every day.
Megan will be missed, but one thing that I am most proud about her is how she handled telling me she was moving to El Paso. We worked together to transition her out and maintain our customer service for her clients. It can never be easy telling your boss you are leaving. She was honest, ethical, and communicated what she wanted. We worked together and I believe that is how it should be done on both sides. I’m always accused of having on my “rose colored” glasses, but I ALWAYS believe in the good of people. When I meet people like Megan, it keeps my faith in how I want to grow a business and the people I want working with me.
I know that she will go on to bigger and better things because of how she handled herself.
