Phone Answer Script – It is important to let your clients be aware of where they can follow you online to learn more about your business. A successful phone answer script helps brand your business and points your customers to an area for more information that is available 24/7.
“Good morning, this is (Person Who Answers The Phone’s Name) thank you for calling (Business Name). How can we (Insert catch phrase/slogan).” Listen to the customer and answer their question(s). At the end, you can say, “Have you gone online to our website (www.businessname.com) or (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LInkedIN, etc..) for more information and specials?
Get Connected/Social – Be a part of the business that you love and want to help make successful. If you are not comfortable with Social Media, start out with 1 (Facebook). Like or follow your business and share the content on your own timeline. Be a positive influencer and inform your network of what’s going on at your business. The more interaction you have, the more people will be able to see your business.
